Delivery Timeline

The estimated delivery timeline is 5–25 business days, depending on the delivery location, product availability, and courier service coverage.

At Bahubali Tyres, we understand how important and exciting it is to receive your order on time. That's why we maintain a transparent shipping process, allowing customers to stay informed about their orders through regular updates via email and SMS.

We use secure and high-quality packaging materials to ensure that products reach our customers safely and in excellent condition. While timely delivery is important, delivering your order in perfect condition is our highest priority.

Order Dispatch Delay

In the rare event that we are unable to dispatch an order within 5 working days, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Customers will be notified via email or SMS, and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Tax Invoice

All orders are shipped with a valid tax invoice in accordance with the applicable tax regulations of the Government of India.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

Before Dispatch

If an order is cancelled before it has been dispatched, the refund will generally be processed within 3 working days.

After Dispatch

If an order is cancelled after dispatch, the customer will be responsible for the applicable forward and return courier charges. The remaining eligible amount, if any, will be refunded after deducting shipping and handling expenses.

Return Refund Processing

In case of approved returns, refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

Once the returned item is received and verified, the eligible refund amount will be processed to the customer's original payment method or bank account.
