Return, Replacement, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bahubali Tyres, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, due to the nature of online shopping and logistics, unforeseen issues such as transit damage, delivery delays, packaging damage, or incorrect product delivery may occasionally occur.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter promptly through replacement, exchange, or refund, subject to the terms outlined below.

Replacement Policy

Bahubali Tyres accepts replacement requests only in the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Product received in a damaged condition.
  • Manufacturing defect covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Product received differs from the order placed.

Any replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

To process a replacement request, customers must provide:

  • Order number.
  • Photos of the product and packaging.
  • An unedited unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the replacement request.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

We carefully inspect and package all products before dispatch. However, damage may occasionally occur during transit.

If the outer packaging appears damaged, torn, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the package.
  • Record a video of the package immediately.
  • Contact Bahubali Tyres customer support without delay.

Please note that if a visibly damaged or tampered package is accepted by the customer, Bahubali Tyres may not be able to process claims for shortages, damages, or incorrect items discovered afterward.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only under approved circumstances and subject to inspection.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unmounted.
  • Not have been fitted on any wheel or vehicle.
  • Be in original condition.
  • Include all labels, tags, invoices, and packaging materials.
  • Be free from customer-caused damage.

Products that have been installed, used, altered, damaged due to improper handling, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Tyre Return Eligibility

Tyres can only be returned if:

  • An incorrect tyre was supplied by Bahubali Tyres.
  • The tyre was damaged during transit.
  • The tyre has an approved manufacturing defect.
  • The product received does not match the order placed.

Customers are responsible for verifying tyre size, specifications, load rating, speed rating, and vehicle compatibility before placing an order.

Returns will not be accepted due to:

  • Incorrect tyre selection by the customer.
  • Change of mind.
  • Vehicle compatibility issues after purchase.
  • Price changes after ordering.
  • Delayed installation by the customer.

Warranty Claims

All tyre warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer.

For warranty claims:

  1. The tyre must be shipped to Bahubali Tyres or an authorized inspection center.
  2. The tyre will be inspected by the manufacturer or their authorized representative.
  3. Approval or rejection of the claim will be determined solely by the manufacturer.
  4. Processing times may vary depending on the manufacturer.

Please note:

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
  • Warranty does not cover road hazards, punctures, impact damage, overloading, underinflation, improper wheel alignment, racing use, misuse, or accidental damage.
  • Courier, fitting, balancing, alignment, and related service charges are not covered under warranty.

Cancellation by Bahubali Tyres

Bahubalityres.com reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors.
  • Payment verification issues.
  • Delivery to a non-serviceable location.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Any operational or technical issue.

If an order is cancelled by Bahubali Tyres after payment has been received, the customer will receive a full refund.

Customer Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation only before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

If an approved cancellation request is received before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.

Non-Cancellable Products

Due to high shipping costs, handling expenses, and logistics commitments, the following products cannot be cancelled after dispatch:

  • SUV Tyres
  • 4x4 Tyres
  • Commercial Vehicle Tyres
  • Truck Tyres
  • Bus Tyres
  • Agricultural Tyres
  • Industrial Tyres
  • Imported Tyres
  • Special Order Tyres
  • Custom Procurement Tyres
